Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened needle cartridges or used products.
Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, except in the case of damaged or defective goods. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
